Bay State College Alumni and Professor Establish PTA Special Interest Group: Official American Physical Therapy Association Group the First of Its Kind in Massachusetts
This year, three graduates of the Bay State College Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program – Colleen Donovan, Aaron Canoni and Maureen Fisher – alongside professor Carolyn Cwalinksi, held the first official meeting of the PTA Special Interest Group (SIG) of the American Physical Therapy Association of Massachusetts (APTA of MA) at Bay State College. The group is the first of its kind in Massachusetts, and will join the ranks of over 30 other PTA SIGs nationwide. Read More

Jeff Bauman, Boston Marathon Bombing Survivor and author of Stronger, to speak at Bay State College
Jeff Bauman was an ordinary twenty-seven year old, with a job, a girlfriend and a love of sports, when a bomb took both his legs near the Boston Marathon finish line. Also the author of our Common Reading book, Stronger, Jeff will be on the Bay State campus to discuss his book. Read More
