Upon Graduation, Bay State College Students will

  • Demonstrate Specialized Knowledge through competence in their major fields of study;

  • Demonstrate Broad Integrative Knowledge and Applied Learning through their ability to make connections among ideas and experiences and synthesize and transfer knowledge to new, complex situations;

  • Demonstrate Intellectual Skills through their competence in critical/creative thinking and problem solving, oral and written communication, quantitative literacy and analytical reasoning, information literacy, and intercultural knowledge and skills;

  • Demonstrate Civic Learning through possessing the knowledge, skills, values, and motivation for civic engagement in activities of personal and public concern as citizens, members of communities, and professionals in society.
