What to Expect at Accepted Student's Day

Accepted Student's Day has been an annual event on campus for many years.  Each time we host the event, we keep this question in mind: "What do our students want this day to be about?" Ultimately, we've learned that our students come to Bay State excited about the program they are about to enter, and want to hear more about where that program will take them in the fall.

Nursing students want to see the state-of-the-art labs and technology in use, Criminal Justice students want to hear from the Department Chair about interrogation and crime scene investigation, Fashion Design students want to spend some time in our fashion classrooms, etc. Our Accepted Student's Day plan is to make all of this happen.

We also realize that as the summer inches closer, students and parents continue to have questions about Financial Aid. You will notice that there are two different opportunities throughout the day to sit in on a Financial Aid workshop. We'll make sure when you walk out the door on Saturday, you feel more confident than you did arriving!

Lastly, we're always excited to give away our Accepted Student's Day scholarships! Just for attending, you have the opportunity to win 1 of 11 scholarships as long as you bring the Accepted Student's Day scholarship form with you, filled out and ready to go!

The weather for Saturday is looking great - it will be a beautiful day to visit Boston! Looking forward to seeing many of our future students on campus this weekend!
