Nursing Department Update

Exciting news from the Nursing Department: Bay State College has received a charter for the Delta Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Delta Nu!

This chapter is associated with the Organization for Associate Degree Nursing (OADN), and will serve to recognize the academic excellence of students in our Associate Degree Nursing program. Our hope is that this new Nursing Honor Society will promote scholarship and academic excellence in the nursing profession!

The first meeting for Alpha Delta Nu will be on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 11:00 am. During the meeting, attendees will organize the chapter for the upcoming academic year, including a service project and an induction for some of our eligible nursing students this fall.

Future nursing students may be offered provisional membership at the beginning of their third semester, and permanent membership at their fourth semester.

We are all very excited about this development, and will keep you updated as it progresses!
