As college students, we have a lot of responsibilities. There are so many things on our metaphorical plates that complicate our lives, but what's on our real plates shouldn't complicate anything. Whether you're a commuter student or a Bay State resident, Boston's got you covered when you're on the hunt for an inexpensive bite.

The Red Hat Boston

Whether it's game day, or you're just looking for an affordable pub snack, check out The Red Hat. They have 10 cent wings every Sunday from noon-9pm, and every Monday and Tuesday from 5pm-10pm.

Barracuda Tavern

Never miss out on a Taco Tuesday just because you can't afford it. Barracuda Tavern has $2 tacos EVERY Tuesday. That's a lot of tacos, but I'm not complaining.

McCormick & Schmick's

Who said you can't get good seafood for cheap? McCormick & Schmick's Shrimp and Shuck on Wednesday's is where it's at. $1 shrimp and oysters from 4pm-6:30pm. If you aren't necessarily in the mood for seafood, they have a TON of other inexpensive appetizer options to choose from as well.

McGreevy's

$1 and an open Tuesday night is all you need to enjoy a delicious burger at McGreevy's. You read that right: $1 sliders EVERY Tuesday from 4pm-7pm. And don't miss $1 flatbreads on Thursday's from 4pm-11pm... they really do spoil us!

FiRE+iCE Boston

Enjoy completely FREE apps at FiRE+iCE every first Monday of the month (3pm-5pm) courtesy of The Office of Student Involvement & Leadership. Bring your student ID, your State ID (if you plan to drink) and most importantly, your friends!

Newsfeed Café

Monday's are never a drag at Newsfeed Café. For just $10, enjoy a "hearty, chef-crafted" meal and a beverage. It's so close to Bay State, and the perfect spot for doing homework. It's never been easier to study up while you chow down!

You've got more important things to do than worry about what's for dinner, so fill up your plate without emptying out your wallet. Enjoy!
