The CTS Department provides the following electronic services to the Bay State College Community in accordance with the Bay State College Computer and Telecommunications Acceptable Use Policy. Please familiarize yourself with the Bay State College Computer and Telecommunications Acceptable Use Policy.
Constituents of the college are granted access to electronic resources dependent upon their role. The BSC account will be provisioned automatically and the constituent will be contacted electronically to set it up. If you have not received an account, and feel that you should, please contact Admissions or Human Resources.

How to get help
There are a number of ways to get technology assistance at Bay State College. The Campus Technology Solutions helpdesk is located in 31 Saint James on the second floor in Boston and can be found near the Library in Taunton. The department can be reached at (617) 217-9122 during normal business hours. Please leave a message if you do not reach anyone and a ticket will be opened. There is a Knowledgebase at helpdesk.baystate.edu that has many articles that may be helpful during hours when the helpdesk is not open. Finally, a ticket can be opened by going to the helpdesk and logging in.

Bay State College has partnered with various computer hardware and software vendors in order to provide an opportunity for members of the Bay State College community to purchase items at the College's discount. Below is a brief description of each company and a link to their site.
Please note that in order to provide Educational Pricing, each vendor must verify that the purchaser is affiliated with the college. Typically, this involves faxing a copy of your College ID to the vendor, but each vendor may employ different verification methods. Please contact the vendor for more details.

Apple education pricing is a great way for college students, parents buying for a college student, faculty, homeschool teachers, and staff at all grade levels to purchase Mac computers, Apple software, and select accessories at special prices. Students who have been accepted to college are also eligible. Just shop at the Apple Store for Education and start saving.
Computer Software
Academic Superstore
Academic Superstore provides name brand software from publishers such as Microsoft, Adobe, Macromedia, and Corel at educational pricing. Purchases can be made by phone, fax, or online.
Each member of the college community is eligible to download the Microsoft Office suite. This can be done by logging into the Microsoft 365 Bay State College account here and choosing download. This software is licensed by Bay State College and can be used by any current constituent of the school. Once that relationship ends, the software will no longer function.
