Meeting Rentals at Bay State College

Plan your next meeting, conference or special event at Bay State College-Taunton location. Enjoy our beautiful new facilities at the entrance to the Myles Standish Industrial Park with convenient access, free parking, internet connections, and audio-visual staff. A range of facilities, rental equipment and support services are provided at reasonable rates.

Bay State College facilities are available for rent Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Extended hours, evenings, holidays, and weekend rentals are available at an increased rate.

Standard Classroom

Capacity 20-30
$50/hour per room (3 hour minimum)
Normal classroom configuration capacity is 20-30.
Two of the rooms have a moveable wall. When
removed the capacity is doubled.

Computer Classroom

Capacity 24
$100/hour (3 hour minimum)

• All meeting rooms include Windows 7 based PC(s) with Microsoft Office Professional 2010 and audio/visual capability. Wi-fi is also available.
• Any custom software setups must be identified and completed two weeks prior to rental. Setup charges are $100/hour. You may specify how the room should be setup and what additional chairs, tables, etc. will be needed.
