Varsity Esports

Esports refers to the popular and rapidly growing field of competitive video gaming. The addition of an esports program is intended to promote a holistic approach to the college experience, while attracting students who possess skills including critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork, which are transferable to success in the classroom and after graduation.
Why Bay State College?
Offered as our one and only varsity sport, Bay State College's varsity esports program will offer scholarships to a limited number of participants, meaning if selected your competitive gaming skills can make your college education more affordable.
Bay State College will strive to be the hub of collegiate esports in Boston. To support our new varsity esports program, the college has built a brand new dedicated esports competition and training space. This new player space is located at our Boston campus found in the historic Back Bay neighborhood of Boston.
