The office of Academic Affairs oversees the many academic programs at Bay State College.

No highly successful person has ever done it all on their own. You won't have to, either. From the moment you talk with your first admissions representative at Bay State, it will be clear that you'll have a support system here like you've never experienced before.

The Alumni Services department offers everything from alumni networking events to career services support.

Bay State College's Campus Technology Solutions (CTS) Department provides services that support the business needs of the college and the delivery of information to our students, faculty and staff. CTS is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our software applications, a reliable network and server infrastructure, client workstations, interactive audio visual, and web based self service capabilities.

The team of Career Services experts at Bay State College works one-on-one with students, helping them create career plans and prepare for successful careers.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining student academic records, ensuring students are complying with all academic regulations and policies, and ultimately certifying eligibility for graduation.

The Office of Residence Life supervises all operational and programming activities within the four historic residence halls on Bay State's campus, assuring the best living experience for boarding students.

The Office of Student Accounts provides a range of services to students, faculty and staff of Bay State College. These services include: answering questions regarding billing and collecting tuition, housing, and all applicable fees; and disbursing federal, private, institutional aid, stipends, and refund checks.

Bay State College's Office of Student Involvement & Leadership offers numerous events throughout the year to bring together students with common interests and goals.

Bay State's Student Services office manages a comprehensive program of academic and student support services, all designed to help students in achieving their educational goals.
