On February 21st, Lance Tobin, Talent Buyer from Crossroads Presents, spoke to MEISA students about his personal endeavors in the music industry, including the skills he acquired from working in the field and how he got started in talent buying. Lance also spoke to the students about what they need to do in order to be ready for the transition from student to employee!
