Bay State College Weighs in on Giving Back to the Community

Often times, the most rewarding student successes come when they give back to their communities through learning. Georgia Thoidis, full-time faculty for Health Studies and Medical Assistant at Bay State College and member of Pearson’s Service Learning Advisory Board sat down recently with her colleague Jessica White, full-time faculty in the Entertainment Management program at Bay State to talk about a recent service learning project at their institution that allowed students to gain real-world, professional experience in their field of study, while partnering with the Life is good Kids Foundation to give back to a greater cause.
